I have been working with Eric for a little over 6 months now, once a week. In the time I have trained with him I have seen a huge improvement in strength and endurance, and I saw these improvements pretty immediately. Eric is an extremely talented man, he has the ability to wear the hat you need him to. I like to think I function off of humor and teasing, he never not once has missed a beat with me. He’s great at balancing humor with honest recommendations, he listens to what you are saying and what you aren’t saying, and the confidence he has in you is so persistent you will start believing it too… so much so in my case that I have decided to challenge myself and train for a few long runs next year with his guidance of course.
Eric is someone I respect, admire and look forward to seeing. He is the trainer that I speak about most often and offer to anyone who is looking to get serious about their health goals.

After being diagnosed with A-Fib and going thru the procedure to fix it( which it did) my cardiologist told me I had to strengthen my heart. My Daughter-in-Law suggested I go with her to Eric for help. That was a year ago, and after my last appointment, my Cardiologist gave me 2 thumbs up!! She said” whatever you’re doing… keep it up” I lost weight, triglycerides are down, pre-diabetes is gone, A-Fib not a concern. I’m 71 and back to running like I did in my 50’s. Thanks ERIC, you da man.

One of my favorite trainers. Very clean, organized, focused, and goal oriented. I relocated and sadly we had to stop training but I would’ve loved to continue and progress with Eric. Highly recommend!!

Pre-Covid, I worked out regularly, took HIIT classes, and ran a few times a week. After shut downs - 2 years post Covid weight gain and lack of regular exercise, I lacked energy, strength, had major core strength loss, and decreased stamina. I started training with Eric in January. It’s been 6 full months of training with Eric and I have more than surpassed my goal. I have more strength than I ever had. I have worked muscles I never knew existed. Eric listens to your goals, pushes and challenges you to reach them, with ultimate results! Best trainer I’ve ever had. Highly recommended! Amazing results.
